Summary An additional service is any service outside of basic mowing. You can request these additional services in the app, another term for additional services is a manual quote. If for any reason your pro declines the manual quote, you will receive an email. This email will prompt you to start a conversation with your pro to discuss potential options for that service. You will also have the option to request a new pro for that service if desired.

- There could many reasons why a pro declines a manual quote, you could reach out to your pro directly using the Message My Crew, MMC feature.
- You could request a new manual quote and change the details of the work.
- You can try changing the details of the work you are requesting, and use as many details as possible.
- If it is a large job, try breaking the job into smaller jobs that way it may be easier for your pro to pinpoint what they are able to do.
- If the first two options do not work, you are always able to request a new pro for the job.
- If you request a new pro, you will need to submit a new manual quote request, if your previous pro provided a price for the work.
