How-to: Reset my Password

Intro

If you forget your password, need to restrict access to your account, have a new device, or want to change login credentials, you can reset it in a few easy steps. Just select I need help accessing my account from the Sign-In screen to request a password reset.

Before You Begin

• Must have an active LawnStarter account and a valid email address.

How to Reset your Password

1. To reset your password, you need to select I need help accessing my account from the Sign In screen, of the LawnStarter app.
2. Next, enter your registered email address associated with your account.
3. Then select Request Password Reset below. An email will be sent to you enabling you to create a new password.
