- To reset your password, you need to select I need help accessing my account from the Sign In screen, of the LawnStarter app.
- Next, enter your registered email address associated with your account.
- Then select Request Password Reset below. An email will be sent to you enabling you to create a new password.

- The password reset email/link you will receive will only be temporary and will no longer work once used to reset a password or has not been used the soonest.
