How-to: Contact my Pro

Intro

Use the LawnStarter app or website to send messages directly to your lawn care team. Just log in, go to Support, and choose Message My Crew. This tool helps you to quickly share feedback or information, ask questions, and give instructions to your Pro about your service or property.

Before You Begin

• Install or update to the latest version of the LawnStarter Customer App.
• Must have a LawnStarter account username and password set up.

Using the Message My Crew feature

1. Log in to your account through the app or my.lawnstarter.com.
2. Once you're logged in, go to Support.
3. Under Other, select Message My Crew.
4. Choose the crew you would like to contact.
   • Please note that you can only message the active crews assigned to your service.
5. Select the text box located at the bottom of the page to start a conversation with your crew.
6. Type in your message and press SEND.
