How do I skip my next mow?

Summary In case a service is not required, you can skip it. When you skip a service, the next one will be scheduled according to its frequency. You must submit all schedule change requests 48 hours before the scheduled event. To skip a service, you can do this by logging in through the app or my.lawnstarter.com. 

How to

1. From the main app page, select Support.

2. Click Skip. 
   • 
3. The next page will show the current schedule of the service and the next scheduled mow. Hit the submit request button to confirm the request and it's done.

• A service cannot be skipped the same day it is scheduled. If a service needs to be skipped the same day, contact your provider immediately through the Message my Crew section on the app or website.
