In case a service is not required, you can skip it. To skip a service, log in to the app or to your LawnStarter account at my.lawnstarter.com. When you skip a service, the next one will be scheduled according to its frequency. You must submit all schedule change requests 48 hours before the scheduled event.
Before You Begin
Install or update the latest LawnStarter Customer App.
Must have a LawnStarter Account name and password set up.
|A service cannot be skipped the same day it is scheduled. If a service needs to be skipped the same day, contact your Pro immediately via Message My Crew on the app or website.|
Skipping your Next Mow
- Select Support from the main app page.
- Choose Skip.
- The next page will show the current schedule of the service and the next scheduled mow. Hit the Submit Request button to confirm the request and it's done.
