How-to: Request an Additional Service

Intro

Once you have created a LawnStarter account and have an active Lawn Mowing subscription, you can easily get quotes for an array of lawn care services. Most of the services will be priced by your crew after you submit a request, while some services are pre-priced. To add a service, sign in to the app and go to Order, then select the service you need.

Before You Begin

• Must have a LawnStarter account username and password set up.
• List down some important details needed for the service that your Pro should know about.

Requesting an Additional Service

1. Sign in to the app using your email and password.
2. Select Order at the bottom left.
3. If you have multiple properties on the account, click the dropdown under Which property are you ordering for? and select the property.
4. Select the service you need. If the specific service you want to order is not on the list, scroll down and select Other.
5. After that, how quoting works will be explained on this screen. Select the Next button at the bottom to proceed.
6. Enter the details in the textbox under Which items on your property do you need serviced?. Uploading photos is not required but will be helpful.
7. Then, select the Next button at the bottom.
8. In the textbox under What would you like done? enter what the crew needs to do. Enter as much detail as possible so your crew can provide a precise quote for the job.
9. Select the Next button.
10. Select where on the property the service needs to be done.
11. Then, select the Next button.
12. Enter your budget for the job.
13. Lastly, select the Submit Request button.
