Summary If you have a locked gate on your property or a gated community, you can leave your gate unlocked during your service window or store the gate code in your account thru the LawnStarter app. To do this, log into your LawnStarter app, select More on the dashboard, select Property Information and fill out the necessary details in the Property Details screen, then select Save & Finish.

You can leave the gate unlocked during both days of your service window.
You can store the gate code or other instructions thru your LawnStarter app.
- Log into your LawnStarter app
- From the dashboard, select More at the bottom right corner .
- Select Property Information.
- Fill out the necessary information in the Property Details screen.
- Select Next.
- You can update the details of your property in the More Details screen but this is optional.
- Select Save & Finish.
