Summary After signing up for a service, you can log into your account by downloading the LawnStarter app or at my.lawnstarter.com. Your username is the email address we have on file and a temporary password will be sent to you when you sign up for services. Once you're logged into your account, you can set a permanent password.
How to
- Download the app or go to my.lawnstarter.com.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- If this is the first time you are logging in, use the temporary password sent to you via text.
- If you don't receive the text containing the temporary password or you do not remember your password, select I need help accessing my account.
FAQs
- Temporary passwords can only be used once.
- If you already used the temporary password to log in, you will need to set a new and personalized password by resetting your password.

This is where I think if an agent is logging into a customers account information should be in the KB. I hope you don't mind me saying so, but I felt like in searching for logging into customers account as an agent would be great here.
