To change your service window you'll need to reach out to our support team. You can get in touch with us through the "Support" screen on my.lawnstarter.com or the "Help" screen on the LawnStarter app.
Select "Message LawnStarter" and let us know what window you are interested in switching to and if you are okay with us manually switching your crew in order to provide the new window.
Important to Remember: We cannot guarantee service window change 48 hours before your next scheduled service date.
