When can I Pause or Cancel my account?
You may pause or cancel your account at least 48 hours before the next service is scheduled.
Should I Pause or Cancel my account?
We encourage you to pause your service if your lawn is dormant, rather than canceling the service. If you do cancel your service, we may not be able to reactivate your account with the same crew.
Can I have my account paused for a short period of time?
When an account is paused, the default unpause date will be in Spring. If you want to suspend service for a short period of time, you can skip services.
What if my account is paused and I need to unpause sooner?
You may manually reactivate your paused account early in the web or app, or by contacting Support.

Will my Lawn Treatment service be affected if I pause my account?
If there is a Lawn Treatment service in the account, it will remain active even if the Lawn Mowing service is paused. You can pause or cancel Lawn Treatment service by contacting Support.
