Summary Customers can tip a crew or provider every time a LawnStarter service is completed. If the customer rates a crew 4 or 5 stars, the option to add a tip will be available. After rating the pro, select which percentage/amount to tip or enter a custom amount. If the service is already rated and a tip was not added, or it has been more than 5 days after the service, the option to add a tip will no longer be available.
How to
- In the app, once you are logged in a pop-up box will appear for 5 days after any service has been completed.
- The pop-up will show up each time you open the app, for up to 5 days, or until you have rated the service.
- After rating the service the pop-up box will no longer appear until another service has been marked complete.

- You have two options for tipping. First, you can choose from 3 pre-set amounts or percentages.
- The second option, you can enter a custom amount for the tip.
