How do I request a W-9?

 Summary A W-9 is occasionally required when filing yearly taxes. If you find that you need a W-9, we're more than happy to assist. To request a W9, send an email via the app by tapping on Support, tapping on Email Support, and title your email W9 Request.

How to

1. Log into your account and click Support. 
   • 
2. Email Support by selecting Contact LawnStarter/Lawn Love Support.

3. Provide your request in the Message Us box and title it as, W-9 Request.
   • 
4. Click Submit Message.

5. The customer will see a pop-up message letting them know the email request was successful.
