Summary Submitting an account deletion request will cause your personally identifiable information, PII, to be removed from our system. You can submit an account deletion request via the app by tapping the More button, then tapping Account Management.
Note
- You will not be able to submit an account deletion request if any of the following are true.
- Submitting an account deletion request will cancel all active services and will prevent you from being able to log into your account.
- Your payment information will be deleted.
- We will no longer be able to charge anything to your account.
- We will be able to pull your billing history.
How to
- From the My Services screen select the More button at the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
- Choose Account Management.
- Select Delete my Data.
- Select each checkbox once you make sure each task is completed.
- Deleting your data does NOT cancel your services, please visit the link.
- Once you click on Unsubscribe, it will take you to a link to cancel your account.
- You have no active or pending services scheduled.
- Please look at your schedule to make sure you don't have any upcoming services.
- You have no unpaid balance or pending charges on your account.
- Deleting your data does NOT cancel your services, please visit the link.
- Once you have selected the boxes and completed the tasks, select Confirm.
- Select Confirm again.
- Your account deletion request has been submitted and you can tap OK.
FAQ
- Customers will be able to sign up with a new account, but will not be able to reactivate the deleted one.
