Summary A password is a string of characters used to verify the identity of a user during the authentication or login process. A password change is an action where you will enter a new password replacing the old one. You can either do a password reset or change your Lawnstarter password via the web. From the My Services screen, you can go to the More options and then select Change Password.
How to

Log into your account via the LawnStarter app.

If you did a password reset, use the one-time password you received in your email.

On your dashboard, select More on the bottom right of the screen.

Choose Change Password.

Enter your new password twice then tap Save Password.
