Summary At LawnStarter, we strive to make things as convenient as we can for you, the customer. Updating your payment information can be done in three easy steps in the app. Once you log in to the app, you will select More and then select Payment Method to change which card your account will be billed to.
Note We take security very seriously therefore due to the sensitive nature of this information, it is recommended you, the customer updates their billing information themselves.
How to
- Once you log in to the app, you will be on the My Services page. At the bottom of the screen on the right-hand side, select More with the three dots above it.
- Select Payment Method.
- Add your payment information, then select SAVE PAYMENT METHOD. You are done. Any services that you will be charged for after this will be billed to your new payment method.
FAQs
- We only accept credit or debit card payments.
- We do not accept prepaid credit cards.
- All payments to the pro should go through the app.
- If you pay outside of the LawnStarter app, LawnStarter can not assist in any issues that arise.
- Please do not pay crews directly.
- When a card expires, the number of the card can change.
