Intro
LawnStarter strives to make things as convenient as we can for you. Updating your payment information can easily be done in the app. After logging in, go to the More section and choose Payment Method to enter the card details that will be used for billing your account.

Before You Begin
- Install or update to the latest version of the LawnStarter Customer App
- Must have a LawnStarter account username and password set up.
- Payment method should be within LawnStarter’s accepted forms of payment.
Facts about updating your Billing information |

Your security is a top priority for us. To protect your sensitive information, we recommend that customers personally update their billing information. | ||
We only accept credit or debit card payments. |

We do not accept prepaid credit cards. |

All payments to the pro should go through the app. Please do not pay crews directly. |
||
If you pay outside of the LawnStarter app, LawnStarter can not assist in any issues that arise. |

When a card expires, the number of the card can change. |
Updating the Billing information
- On the app, go to My Services page.
- Select More with the three dots above it.
- Choose Payment Method.
- Add your card details, then select Save Payment Method, and you are done! Any service that you will be charged for after this will be billed to your new payment method.
