Summary If the payment for the most recent service did not go through, LawnStarter will send notifications through the app so that customers can keep the services going without any interruptions. Select UPDATE PAYMENT and add the payment information in to update the card on file.
Note
- On January 9th, 2023 the price of a new, reactivated, or unpaused lawn mowing service will increase.
- The lawn mowing fee will have an average increase of 7.2% or a $3-$15 price increase.
- Most customers will see a $3 increase.

- This will not impact existing active recurring services unless the services are paused or canceled.
- Trust and Safety Fee - The Trust and Safety Fee will increase from $1.99 to $2.99.
- For new and reactivated accounts, the increase will be from January 9th onwards.
- For existing accounts, the increase will be from March 20th onwards.
- Customers who are still at the $1.99 fee will have their current service at the current rate but will be updated to $2.99 for the next service.

If a customer receives a notification on the app that says Uh-oh! The charge for your last service didn't go through, go to UPDATE PAYMENT to update the card on file to avoid disruption of service/s.

Add the Card Number, Exp. Month, Exp. Year, and CVC number.

Select SAVE PAYMENT METHOD. Any outstanding balance will be updated immediately after the payment details are saved.

FAQ
- If there is a payment failure, customers will be notified by text, email, and push notification once a day for 4 days and then will be notified bi-weekly after that.
- If payment is not received by the day before the next service date, the account will be canceled.
