Summary If your grass is over 12 inches, the pro will submit a long grass report. You will need to review and accept the quote before the pro can complete the service. To accept the LGF over 12 inches, you can open the report in the app or by selecting Long Grass Report in the notification via email and SMS.
How to
- Select the Long Grass Report on the email that you received and proceed to step three.
- Or, log in to your app and under My Services, on your upcoming mowing schedule, tap the red REVIEW & APPROVE button.
- Review the long grass report.
- Review the long grass photos the pro submitted and the price.

- Next, choose from the dates available when you want to have the service performed. These are the dates the pro indicates they can return.
- After choosing the date, tap the green SCHEDULE SERVICE button to finalize the schedule.
- Rejecting the long grass report will prevent the pro from completing the service.
- You will see a confirmation for accepting the long grass fee at the bottom of the screen.
- After accepting the quote, the pro will receive your confirmation and will be back on the chosen date to complete the lawn mowing service.
FAQ
- A daily reminder to review the Long Grass Fee will be sent to you until the quote expires.
- Once a quote expires, you are not able to either accept or reject the Long Grass Report anymore.
