Summary If the grass is over 12 inches in most parts of the yard, the pro can submit a long grass report. Once that is submitted, you will receive a notification through SMS or email. To review it, please select the Long Grass Report link that is included in the notification that you will receive.
How to
- Choose the Long Grass Report on the email that you received and proceed to step three.
- You can also log in to your app and under My Services, on your upcoming mowing schedule, tap the red REVIEW & APPROVE button.
- On the Long Grass Report screen, you will be able to review the photos the pro submitted as well as the price of this one-time long grass service.

- Disregard the dates below if you do not want the pro to return to mow the long grass. Select REJECT SERVICE if you do not agree to the Long Grass Report.
- If you want the service to push through, select SCHEDULE SERVICE.
- After rejecting the service, you will be prompted where you can explain why you are rejecting the service. Type your answer in the box.
- If you will take care of the long grass, make sure to have it done before the next scheduled mow to avoid a higher Long Grass Fee. If that happens, you will need to accept the Long Grass Report to prevent your mowing services from being canceled.
- Choose SUBMIT.
- A message will pop up confirming that we have received your request to cancel the service and a support agent will be in touch with you.
