Intro
LawnStarter's Long Grass Policy states Customers will be charged an additional payment above the regular mow price, if the grass is taller than nine inches, in order to make up for the Pro's extra time to mow and the additional strain on the equipment. If you do not agree with the Long Grass Report follow the instructions in the article to dispute a long grass claim.

Before You Begin
- Login to your LawnStarter app.
- Take any photos you need to dispute the Long Grass Report ahead of time.
Reporting a Problem with a Long Grass Report
- Sign in to the app.
- Select the Profile tab.
- Select Past Services.
- Select the service that the Long Grass Report was applied to.
- Select Long Grass Report to open and view the details and photos submitted by your Pro.
- Scroll to the bottom and you can view our Long Grass Policy or you can select Dispute Long Grass Report.
- Select Why you are disputing the report from the drop-down menu.
- Select Submit Dispute.
- Our support team will review your dispute and get back to you with a decision as soon as possible.
