[Customer] How-to: Add a Stand-Alone Lawn Treatment

Intro

We've simplified the process for adding stand-alone Lawn Treatment service. Good news – you're no longer required to pair it with a recurring mowing service. Enjoy the flexibility of enhancing your lawn's health!

Before You Begin

• Use the LawnStarter app or website.

Add a Stand-Alone Lawn Treatment Service

• When you sign up on the app, you will be asked for what type of service you are looking for. Select Get a quote for Lawn Treatment.
• Select the Continue button.
• Enter your information. You will be asked to provide your:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
• After you have entered your details, select View my price.
  • Wait for your quote to be generated.
• Once your quote is available and you agree with the price, select Get Started.
• Next, you will be prompted to create your account.
• Enter your email address and password.
• Then, select Continue.
• You will be asked to review and accept the 48-hour cancellation policy. Once you have read the policy, check the box and choose the Continue button.
• On the next screen, enter your payment details. You are required to enter the following:
  • Name
  • Card number
  • Card expiration date
  • CVC
  • Zip code
• Select Continue again.
• On the next screen, you will see the service details. If you want to confirm the service, select the Book My Service button.
• Now that you have booked your lawn treatment service, you will be asked to provide your property details.
• You will be asked the following questions below. Select Continue to submit your answers and to proceed to the next questions.
  • Is the property a duplex, townhome, or other type of multi-family dwelling?
    • Yes 
      • If yes, please add the unit(s) numbers/lettes that are to receive service.
    • No
    • Continue
  • Do you have a gate?
    • Yes 
      • Do you lock your gate?
      • Yes with a gate key
      • Yes with a gate code
        • What is the access code?
      • How wide is your gate?
        • Under 24"
        • Under 48"
        • Over 48"
    • No
  • Is access to your neighborhood restricted?
    • Yes
      • Do you have an access code?
      • What is the access code?
    • No
  •  Are there any restrictions needed for the crew to access your community?
    • Yes
    • No
  • Any additional instructions to access your property?
    • Yes
    • No
  • Do you have outdoor pets?
    • Yes
    • No
• Select Continue.
• There will be a confirmation for your service on the next screen where it will say You're all set!
